The FCA regulates the conduct of around 42,000 businesses in the UK to ensure that financial markets work well. The FCA has recently launched a new five-year strategy to deepen trust, rebalance risk, support growth and improve lives. The opportunity The FCA is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Insurance to lead and shape the approach to regulating the insurance sector. In this senior leadership role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team that responds effectively to the evolving needs of the insurance industry. Internally, you will collaborate closely with fellow Directors and Executive Directors to drive strategic priorities. Externally, you will engage with senior leaders across the insurance sector, influencing future developments and ensuring the FCA remains a forward-thinking and impactful regulator.
