Plan and execute technology strategy across the business, including several in-flight cloud transformation programmes.Build strong relationships across the business and technology teams to ensure smooth and effective technology change initiatives.Bring previous insurance experience to drive technology and innovation across the business.Experience leading post-acquisition technology integration across varied IT environments.Demonstrable experience as Head of IT/IT Director within the insurance industry and a deep understanding of its operational and regulatory landscape.Technically proficient leader from a Programme/Delivery background to help deliver a number of technical projects.Provide leadership across core technology pillars including Product Development, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data.You will receive
