Drive income diversification for the organisation and expand private sector partnerships, donations, grants and other fundraising streams to achieve income generation growth.Set income generation and strategic partnership strategies to drive growth and support the foundation’s objectives.Provide strategic leadership on the Leadership Team and oversee a fundraising team to deliver success.Lead key income generation and strategic partnership relationships to increase income and build impactful partnerships for the foundation.Qualifications
Evidence of extensive high-value fundraising experience in complex organisations, with notable examples of securing multi-year five- and six-figure relationships from corporates, HNWIs, events, trusts and foundations.Proven experience of leading successful teams to achieve income and engagement growth of a multimillion-pound level.Experienced senior leader with ideally knowledge of the social mobility, youth, or employability sectors.Champion an inclusive culture and align with the foundation’s mission and values.Application information
