Under the leadership of Professor Larry Kramer as the President and Vice-Chancellor, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources (HRD). The HRD reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Administration (COO) and is responsible for developing and delivering an HR strategy that supports the School''s overall objectives and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and the School Management Committee, providing advice and constructive challenge on workforce, leadership and employment-related risks. They will ensure that the HR strategy leads to improvements in organisational performance, staff experience and inclusion, supporting a culture that enables staff to contribute effectively and work collaboratively.
