Director of Housing and Property

Help shape the next phase of a growing, ambitious for-profit housing association. With more than 560 homes under management, committed projects to reach 900 by 2028 and 2,400 by 2029, with ambitions to grow further, the organisation is looking for a Director of Housing and Property who can lead its services through a period of significant growth. All homes built since 2021, that fit seamlessly into their new communities. This opportunity will suit an experienced housing director who combines high standards and a strong record of customer service with the ambition to progress to Executive Director level. As Director of Housing and Property, you''ll have responsibility for the services that matter most to our customers. Our homes must be safe, compliant and well maintained, but we believe the real measure of success is the experience we provide to the people who live in them.
