Reporting to executive leadership, you will build a high-performing safety culture, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive our sustainability and decarbonisation agenda. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HSE Strategy & Governance: Own corporate H&S policy, advise executive leadership on statutory changes, and manage the corporate Risk Register and audit schedules. Safety Culture & Training: Drive zero-harm initiatives, deliver H&S training, and reduce workplace accidents year-on-year against industry benchmarks. Contractor & Operations Management: Oversee multi-site safety compliance, contractor RAMS, and incident investigations. Sustainability & Environment: Lead carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste management, and ISO environmental standards (14001/45001). REQUIREMENTS Senior HSE leadership experience across multi-site corporate, industrial, or public-sector estates.
