Director of Global Talent and Learning

Reporting directly to the CPO, the Global Talent, Development and Performance Director Global FTSE 250 services company with a market leading position in the UK, Europe, APAC and the Americas. Headquartered in London, they are instantly recognisable within their field and are embarking on a period of transformation under new leadership. Reporting directly to the CPO, the Global Talent, Development and Performance Director will work to drive a high-performance culture, for now and for the future. In this role, you will work to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support the overall business strategy and drive a competitive edge through approaches to talent management, leadership and people development. As Director of Talent, Development and Performance, you will collaborate with the regional Talent Leads and PandC Directors as you redefine the leadership framework, the model for high performance and succession planning, as well as develop a holistic talent and learning strategy. You will have three direct reports, specialising in learning and talent. Joining the Group PandC team, the successful Talent, Development and Performance Director will have significant experience in strategic talent management, leadership and people development, as well as coaching for high performance at a senior level, in a global, commercial matrix setting.
