Director of Fundraising and Partnerships An influential, independent non-profit organisation working at the intersection of finance, policy and social impact is seeking an experienced fundraising and partnerships leader to join its senior leadership team. The organisation works to transform capital markets for a fairer, greener and more resilient future, bringing together finance, philanthropy, business and government to deliver change that no single organisation could achieve alone. Having built a strong reputation over several years, it is now entering a new phase of growth, deepening its impact, strengthening its financial resilience and scaling its influence over how capital is deployed. This newly created, Director-level role is both strategic and hands-on. You will develop and deliver a fundraising and partnerships strategy aligned with an annual income base of around £2m, build a diversified pipeline across foundations, government, corporates, financial institutions and family offices, and personally lead the cultivation of major, six-figure, multi-year funding relationships. You will also build trusted, long-term partnerships, ensuring supporters understand and value the impact of their support and identifying opportunities to deepen and extend these relationships over time. Leading a small, growing team, you will set clear priorities, build capability, and establish strong disciplines around CRM, pipeline reviews and income forecasting.
