Director of FPandA 6-month contract (immediate start) £130,000 - £145,000 per annum Altum Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) to join a global luxury travel group on an interim basis. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management and strategic analysis across a complex international business. The role will provide clear visibility on performance, strengthen financial discipline and support executive decision-making across multiple brands and geographies. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecasting across the Group. Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making. Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reporting, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Track commercial KPIs including revenue, margin, occupancy, yield, pricing and profitability. Prepare high-quality Board, shareholder and lender reporting, translating complex financial data into clear commercial insight. Enhance FPandA reporting, dashboards and automation using Power BI or equivalent tools. Consolidate and analyse data from multiple systems, improving data quality, consistency and accessibility.
