Director of Foundation

To provide visionary and values-driven leadership for Hull KR Foundation, building upon its established impact and reputation to deliver the next phase of sustainable growth, innovation, and community transformation. The Director of Foundation will strengthen the Foundation''s role as a catalyst for positive social change across Hull and the wider region, deepening engagement with communities, partners, and stakeholders. The postholder will drive the evolution of the organisation by expanding its reach, diversifying income streams, and enhancing the quality, scale, and measurable impact of its programmes. This includes aligning the Foundation''s work with emerging social needs, widening participation, and ensuring that services continue to improve health, wellbeing, education, and life opportunities for all beneficiaries. The Director of Foundation will champion the values and identity of Hull KR, leveraging the power of sport to inspire, connect, and empower communities, while maintaining strong governance, financial sustainability, and organisational resilience. Through collaborative leadership, they will develop a high-performing team and foster strategic partnerships that position the Foundation for long-term success in its next phase of development.
