Director of Financial Control, Central London - £150,000 - £180,000 + bens + bonus We are partnering with an incredible UK-listed Financial Services and Real Estate giant to appoint a Director of Financial Control / Group Head of Financial Control. This is a critical leadership role offering the opportunity to shape financial governance, reporting excellence and control across a large and complex group structure. As a key member of the senior finance leadership team, you will provide strategic direction across financial control, reporting, accounting policy, tax, treasury and sustainability reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting executive decision making, strengthening governance, driving finance transformation and ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity.The Opportunity: This role offers enterprise-wide responsibility for financial control and reporting, overseeing activities from production of annual statutory accounts, Annual report, all other external reporting (IFRS), consolidation, financial control and reporting.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a high-performing Financial Control function of approximately 15 professionals - with three direct reportsOwning the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the Group''s financial records, ensuring robust month-end and year-end close processes.Delivering high-quality group consolidation, statutory reporting and external financial disclosures.Acting as the Group''s technical ..... full job details .....
