We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded finance leader to take ownership of a large-scale Finance Transaction Services function and play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across a complex, high-performing business.This is a rare opportunity to lead a sizeable finance operations team whilst driving meaningful change, modernisation and continuous improvement across core finance processes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will have genuine influence over the future direction of finance operations and play a key role in an ambitious transformation agenda. Your new roleReporting to a board-level senior finance leader, you will lead a large team of finance professionals across Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions.Key responsibilities include:Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing finance operations team.Driving a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement.Overseeing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting support.Ensuring efficient and effective Procure-to-Pay operations, including supplier payments, invoice processing and query management.Maintaining strong financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks.Identifying opportunities to simplify, ..... full job details .....
