A fantastic opportunity to join a successful owner-managed manufacturing business as they embark on a period of strategic transformation.Reporting to the Managing Director in this newly created position, the Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in the future success of the business. You will be a key advisor on all financial and commercial matters, guiding the business through change and growth.This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that demands strategic thinking, operational oversight, and strong interpersonal skills.Key responsibilities include:Partner with the Managing Director on business performance and transformation initiatives.Lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Provide commercial insights to support investment and operational decisions.Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.Provide confidential support to the business owners on matters including wealth management and estate planning.To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role.
