The Finance Director will be a strategic leader, with full responsibility for the financial management of our client''s European and international operations. This role will be hands-on and will oversee Accounting, Treasury, Credit Control, FPandA, Tax, Compliance, and commercial finance across multiple entities, manufacturing, sales and trading environments. The role operates as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). With strong commercial acumen and deep international experience, the successful candidate must be able to work in complex global structures. This role will require experience operating in a range of business sizes including both SME and corporate / Listed environments, with a proven experience of scaling finance functions during periods of significant organisational growth.
