Director of Finance and Compliance

This is far more than a finance role. Working closely with our CEO, Board and Finance and Risk Committee, you''ll provide strategic financial leadership, oversee governance and compliance, and ensure the long-term sustainability of a growing, values-driven charity supporting young people across the region. We''re seeking a qualified finance professional who combines strong strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You''ll be equally comfortable presenting financial insights to trustees, leading budgeting and forecasting, managing risk and compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.
