Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and value for money in all facilities-related operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance of facilities operations and suggest improvements where necessary.

Profile
A successful Director of Facilities should have:
