You will provide Strategic and operational estates leadership across the Trust, including all buildings, grounds, capital programme and statutory compliance The Director of Estates is a senior leader responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Trust''s entire estate across all Trust schools which includes four secondary and two primary schools. This role is responsible for ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit to support excellent education.The postholder will lead the Trust''s estates strategy and capital programme, oversee all statutory health, safety, and premises compliance (fire, asbestos, water hygiene, electrical, gas, and structural safety), and manage the estates and capital budgets.
