Director of Digital Services Our client, a UK-based group is seeking a Director of Digital Services to lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation across the organisation and its subsidiaries.This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for delivering secure, reliable IT services while driving digital modernisation across infrastructure, business applications and ways of working. Key Responsibilities Own the group-wide Digital and IT strategy, governance and roadmapLead service delivery across service desk, field support and infrastructureDrive implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365Own and improve the care management systemStrengthen cyber security, data protection and risk managementEmbed AI (including AI agents) safely and pragmaticallyManage budgets, suppliers and contracts to deliver value for moneyLead and develop a multi-disciplinary digital team What We''re Looking For Senior leadership experience owning IT across multi-site organisationsStrong service delivery and ITIL-aligned operational controlProven cyber security leadership in regulated or sensitive environmentsSuccessful delivery of major system or platform implementationsExperience managing budgets, suppliers and technical teamsKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and modern workplace securityExperience within healthcare or another regulated environment is desirable.This is an opportunity to shape and lead digital services at group level, balancing operational excellence ..... full job details .....
