The team will recruit their new Director of Development and Prospectus is leading the search. Director of Development £65,000-£70,000 Permanent Hybrid from home and Victoria, London office The Director of Development is a senior-level appointment for our client to grow income and work with the CEO and Board to unlock new opportunities for the organisation. The Director of Development will predominantly be responsible for income generation, with the organisation raising c. £900k currently. The Director of Development will work with individuals, trusts and foundations, and other funding sources to inspire and craft compelling ways to support programmes that unlock creativity and possibility for young people.
