We are seeking an experienced

Head of Data and AI

to join a market leading alternative investment management firm. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead data strategy, data analytics, machine learning, and AI usage across the business.

As Head of Data and AI, you will define and implement the firm’s data vision, ensuring that data and technology sit at the heart of investment and operational decision-making. You will lead a high-calibre team of data professionals from modelers and engineers to BI and analysts. The teams build robust data platforms, and drive innovation across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven leadership in data, AI, or advanced analytics within asset management, private equity, alternative investment management or a related sector.

Expertise in data management, machine learning, and AI applications.

Strong commercial and numerical acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable outcomes.

A collaborative approach, able to influence stakeholders across investment, risk, and technology teams.
