Director in cost consultancy (QS) - Full-time/ Permanent Manchester or Leeds Description An excellent opportunity for a Director of Cost Consultancy to become part of the growing team in the North-West. Working from the Manchester or Leeds office with hybrid working, delivering on a wide and varied range of commercial and real estate projects. We would also be interested in hearing from experienced Associate QS who are looking for the next step in their career. This client has an enviable and national client base including The Crown Estate, Aviva, Legal and General and MandG among others. You will have the opportunity to oversee cost functions, build client relationships and have the chance to influence the continued growth and success of the business going forward. Key accountabilities Manage and drive Cost Consultancy bringing a profile of technical strength and commercial excellence, to complement the existing team, and that established across the UK. As well as being a hands-on delivery role, you will work with the Cost Consultancy Senior Director to help develop and deliver against a business plan for Cost Consultancy across the business.
