Not a vanity title.The RoleYou will assume full responsibility for the Corporate division, overseeing 55+ employer schemes and c.4,000 members across 30+ businesses.Your focus:Protect and deepen key employer relationshipsDrive organic revenue growth across employers and membersLead and develop an experienced support teamOwn divisional performance and standardsWork closely with Wealth and Sales to maximise cross-division opportunityContribute at senior leadership levelYou will have autonomy from day one and genuine commercial accountability.About YouYou are an experienced corporate pensions and employee benefits adviser operating at senior level.
