Director of Compliance

hackajob is collaborating with Moneybox to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. We are looking for a senior, experienced compliance professional to run Compliance at Moneybox. You will report to the VP Risk and Compliance and work alongside the Data Protection, Financial Crime and Risk teams that make up the Risk and Compliance function. The Compliance team is responsible for both compliance advice and second line assurance, with regards to all our products regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your role is to ensure this is delivered effectively, efficiently and pragmatically, as well providing your own advice to and oversight of the business. Stakeholder management and leading the team to work in a curious and collegiate way with other teams is a key aspect of this role. You''ll also need to have experience, and be confident, in reporting at the most senior levels of the business, including the Executive Committee and Board, as well as interacting with the FCA as required. What You''ll Do Working closely with the rest of the Risk and Compliance team, you will help Moneybox build a fantastic business that delivers great customer outcomes and give our customers confidence in their decisions.
