Director of Change / Transformation - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Director of Change on a Contract basis. The role is lead and deliver the Council''s corporate transformation agenda, ensuring the organisation is financially sustainable, digitally enabled, resident-focused and outcome-driven. About the role: Based in London (Hybrid - 2-3 days on site): Design and implement large-scale organisational change programmes aligned to the Corporate Strategy, Council Delivery Plan and Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS), enabling modern, efficient services that respond to the needs of Southwark''s communities.Ensure that the Chief Executive, Cabinet and Corporate Management Team are supported to transform the organisationProvide strategic leadership across the organisation, operating within a complex political environment and contributing to whole-Council prioritiesDevelop and deliver a comprehensive Transformation Strategy aligned to the Corporate Strategy and MTFS.About you: You will have the following experiences:Proven experience in designing and delivering complex programmes of transformation and change, aligned to MTFS''sOutstanding stakeholder engagement skills, across all levels of Local Government.Demonstrable successes in complex transformation programmes.What''s on offer:Salary: 700- 800+ per day, inside IR35Hybrid WorkingContract type: ContractHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be ..... full job details .....
