This role will work alongside our existing Director of Care Services, with each Director working part time and having their own distinct areas of responsibility. These will be discussed during the recruitment process and shaped by the successful candidate''s individual skills, experience and clinical background. We are looking for an outstanding clinical leader. A registered nurse by background, you will have significant experience of managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to nurture talent, inspire colleagues and encourage exceptional performance.
