As Director of Campus, you will hold total operational and strategic leadership of Rotherham College and University Centre Rotherham (UCR). You will drive educational quality, inspire dedicated teams, and empower learners across the region to reach their full potential. What You ll Do Drive Strategic Growth: Develop forward-thinking curriculum plans that respond directly to local, regional and national skills and stakeholder agendas. Lead Quality and Operations: Oversee day-to-day campus operations, ensuring exceptional standards across Higher Education, apprenticeships, high-needs provision, and vulnerable learner groups. Inspire Teams: Line manage and mentor four Curriculum Managers, cultivating a culture of high performance, continuous professional development, and innovation. Build Regional Partnerships: Serve as a key ambassador, forging strong ties with civic leaders, local authorities, employers, and community stakeholders.
