As the business continues to grow its presence in the North West, we are looking to appoint an experienced Director of Building Surveying to lead and develop the Manchester-based building surveying offering. The Role This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Building Surveyor looking to take responsibility for the continued growth and development of a building surveying team within an established property consultancy. As Director, you will play a key role in shaping the Manchester building surveying service, combining technical leadership, client management, business development and team development. You will manage a diverse portfolio of instructions and act as a senior point of contact for key clients, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region.
