Director of Building Surveying

A leading independent property and building consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Director of Building Surveying Dilapidations Specialist to join its growing London team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded MRICS Building Surveyor with a strong track record in dilapidations to take a leading role in developing and growing an established service line. You will work with a high-profile portfolio of institutional investors, property owners and commercial clients across a range of sectors, including industrial and logistics, offices, retail, PBSA and build-to-rent. The role will combine hands-on technical delivery, client management, business development and strategic service-line leadership, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to significantly influence the continued growth of the dilapidations offering. The Role As Director, you will work closely with the existing senior leadership team to develop and deliver the business plan for the dilapidations service line across the wider business. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the dilapidations service line, driving continued growth and market profile. Managing and delivering a range of complex building surveying and dilapidations instructions. Developing strong relationships with existing institutional, investment and commercial clients.
