You will lead services that support adults with care and support needs to live safely, independently and well. Lead services that support adults with care and support needs to live safely, independently and well.Provide strategic vision and operational leadership within the Adults and Health directorate.Embed prevention, tackle inequalities and ensure services reflect the lived experiences of Camden’s residents.Deputise for the Executive Director of Adults and Health and be a key member of the senior leadership team.Represent the borough on a London-wide and national stage.Experience and capabilities
Experience in leading adult social care services, including safeguarding, integrated working and operational delivery.Ability to navigate complexity, build trust and make difficult decisions when needed.Collaborative leadership that empowers others, values lived experience and commits to continuous learning and improvement.Commitment to inclusive leadership, workforce development and anti-racist practice across the organisation.Context and culture
