This is a senior leadership role at the heart of our Adults and Health directorate. We’re looking for someone who brings strategic vision, operational expertise and a deep commitment to improving lives. You will lead services that support adults with care and support needs to live safely, independently and well. You will work across systems and with communities to embed prevention, tackle inequalities, and ensure our services reflect the lived experiences of Camden’s residents.We’re proud of our We Make Camden vision – a shared commitment to putting communities at the centre of everything we do. You will also be a collaborative leader who empowers others, values lived experience and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.This role also deputises for our Executive Director of Adults and Health, who is Camden’s statutory Director of Adult Social Services. You will be a key member of our senior leadership team, helping to shape the future of adult social care in Camden and representing the borough on a London-wide and national stage.How to apply
