Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, experienced, and client-centric professional to lead as
Director – Markets Client Onboarding . In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for setting and driving the onboarding strategy for Financial Markets clients globally, ensuring world-class service delivery across all touchpoints.You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations — ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently, compliantly, and ready to trade across our full suite of products. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is committed to continuous improvement and exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and TransformationDefine and execute global onboarding strategy for Markets clientsChampion transformation initiatives for scale, digitisation, and client experienceAlign onboarding with Markets growth and regulatory strategyExecutive Stakeholder ManagementAct as trusted partner to senior leaders in Sales, Coverage, and RiskRepresent onboarding in executive forums and auditsLead resolution of high-impact onboarding escalations with a solutions-first approachGovernance, Risk and Regulatory OversightOversee regulatory readiness including KYC, CIP, FATCA, EMIR, and Dodd-FrankEnsure compliance with global and local policiesDrive proactive risk identification and operational integrityOperational ExcellenceEnsure seamless client onboarding, including e-platform enablement and trading limitsBuild robust MI, KPIs, and quality control to drive performancePromote continuous improvement through automation and process redesignPeople and Culture LeadershipLead and inspire a high-performing global onboarding teamFoster an inclusive culture focused on development and well-beingProvide mentorship and skills uplift across regionsSkills and Qualifications
