This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountancy practice leader who enjoys developing people, building strong client relationships, improving processes and supporting sustainable growth. You will take responsibility for three North Yorkshire Offices, providing visible leadership across the teams and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality accountancy, tax, payroll, audit and advisory services to clients across the region. The firm has a strong local presence, a collaborative culture and a genuine focus on delivering a personal, professional and trusted service to its clients. They are now looking for a Practice Director who can bring confidence, structure, commercial awareness and positive leadership as the business continues to grow.
