They are currently looking for a skilled Director, Head of Transfer Agency to join the team at a tier 1 bank in Manchester on a permanent basis.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesIn this role, you''ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead UK Transfer Agency operations across dealing, investor servicing/core recordkeeping, settlements and reconciliations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, accuracy and timeliness. Own the TA operating model and control environment: governance, risk and issue management, operational resilience, reconciliations oversight, and audit/regulatory readiness for recordkeeping activities. Provide senior oversight of client, distributor and fund governance interactions for Transfer Agency-managing escalations, service performance, and delivery against SLAs/contractual commitments. Set strategy and drive continuous improvement across TA processes, data quality and technology change; lead and develop managers/teams and manage financial and workforce plans for the UK TA organisation.Required Skills/ExperienceTo be successful in this role, we''re seeking the following:Bachelor''s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
