This role is central to supporting executive decision-making, driving financial discipline, and enhancing visibility on performance across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business unitsDevelop robust, driver-based financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysisEnsure alignment between financial plans and strategic priorities across brands and geographiesPerformance ManagementOversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing clear insights on revenue, margins, and cost driversTrack key KPIs including occupancy, yield, pricing, and segment profitabilityIdentify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable mitigation plansReporting and CommunicationPrepare high-quality materials for Board, shareholders, and lendersTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insightsEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across the GroupData and AnalyticsDevelop and enhance data-driven reporting capabilities across the FPandA functionLeverage ..... full job details .....
