Director

An ambitious and rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveying Director who is excited by the opportunity to establish and lead a new London office.

The Director''s Role

The Partners are seeking a Director-level Quantity Surveyor with the drive and ambition to lead the London office, following the consultancy''s recent success in another region of the South.

Initially, the successful Director will oversee London-based projects from the consultancy''s existing client base before identifying opportunities to secure new business. As the office grows, you will recruit additional resource and begin building your own Quantity Surveying team.

The Director

• Quantity Surveying background
• Worked at a senior level within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Comfortable carrying out business development activities
• MRICS is preferred, but not essential
• Client facing
• Strong technical experience, pre and post contract
• Good management skills
