Director, European Business Systems

will lead a multi-disciplinary team in managing, optimizing, and advancing the technology platform supporting Greystar''s European Property Management business.Key ResponsibilitiesEvolving and optimizing Greystar Europe''s property management technology strategy and execution,Manages the operations, support and evolution of European property management business systemsCollaborates with technology and business leaders to define and implement business system strategies tailored to the European businessIntegrates emerging technologies to enhance processes, optimise costs and improve business outcomesPartners with digital technology teams and 3rd party providers to operationalise and support new productsManages relationships with external providers balancing cost efficiency, functionality, user enablement, and technological longevity.Manages and galvanises the technology team across multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously to achieve agreed business objectivesBuilds a high-performance team through fostering a culture and attitude of innovation, continuous improvement, forward thinking and development of talent (currently x 9 FTE)Matrix responsibility for Greystar India L2 / L3 technology team delivering operational support, asset onboarding / offboarding and projects.Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and developing the team, with the ability to oversee and deliver multiple projects and priorities concurrently, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and successful outcomes.About YouYou’re a strategic, results driven leader with proven experience delivering large-scale systems in BTR, PBSA, hospitality or within fast-paced commercial businesses of similar scope.
