Director, Credit and Restructuring Tax An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax professional to join a growing transactions-focused team at Director level, specialising in the credit and restructuring market. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of complex and high-profile transactions, advising funds, institutional investors, lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders across financing and restructuring situations. You''ll work on varied projects ranging from debt investments and financing transactions through to business restructurings and distressed situations, often involving complex UK and international tax considerations. The opportunity This is a senior, client-facing position where you''ll take ownership of key relationships and lead tax workstreams on significant transactions. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders and specialists across different areas of tax and transactions, giving you the opportunity to advise on genuinely complex commercial situations rather than focusing on one narrow area of tax. Alongside client delivery, you''ll play an important role in business development, team growth and developing more junior professionals.
