We’re seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented Senior Program Lead / Senior Account Director to drive the global orchestration and delivery of integrated brand and marketing initiatives across all consumer-facing touchpoints for EMEA. This senior-level role operates at the intersection of brand strategy, digital innovation, and creative execution, ensuring that our global campaigns are insight-led, tech-enabled, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.Essential Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall business or technical strategies for content creation that align with organizational goals.Oversee content strategy, editorial, and content management across teams.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and drive alignment.Implement and promote content best practices, including frameworks and style guides.Conduct content research and integrate insights into strategies and storytelling.Establish and oversee processes for content distribution and management to enhance audience engagement.Mentor and guide senior team members in best practices for content strategy and digital marketing.Minimum Qualifications
