Lead the opening of a new office for the Thames Valley area and partner with the head office team to oversee the origination and execution of MandA deals.Develop the firm\''s presence regionally and build a team with a view to growing into a Partner role in the future.Drive origination efforts and contribute to the strategic direction of the region.Qualifications

ACA qualified Corporate Finance Director with extensive experience of leading MandA deals.Strong technical and commercial buy- and sell-side deal experience, with a proven ability to originate and convert new business.Experience in a Big 4 firm, entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.How to apply
