Director - Construction Project Manager

A well-established, world-renowned consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager at Director level to join and lead its commercial fit-out team. This is a senior appointment with responsibility for both client delivery and the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the commercial fit-out team, ensuring high standards of project delivery

• Maintain and develop key client relationships across the commercial sector

• Oversee multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

• Support business development activity, including identifying and securing new opportunities

• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the commercial fit-out division

• Mentor and develop team members at all levels

Requirements:

• Significant experience within commercial fit-out, ideally within a consultancy environment

• Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level

• Strong client-facing experience with a track record of securing and delivering work

• Background in quantity surveying, cost management, or project management

• Commercially astute with strong leadership capability

• MRICS or similar chartership preferred
