We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer who is ready to take the next step into business ownership. Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and comfortable representing the company at the highest levels.
A background in infrastructure, highways, or drainage design with proven business acumen.
Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Establishing and growing a successful civil engineering team.
Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Driving business development and securing new work.
Managing and nurturing client relationships.
Overseeing recruitment, mentoring, and team development.
Inputting into strategic business decisions and office leadership.
Managing financial performance, including profit and loss.
Representing the business at industry and networking events.
