We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer who is ready to take the next step into business ownership. Responsibilities
- Establishing and growing a successful civil engineering team.
- Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects.

- Managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Overseeing recruitment, mentoring, and team development.
- Inputting into strategic business decisions and office leadership.
- Managing financial performance, including profit and loss.
- Representing the business at industry and networking events.
