This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of key income streams and play a pivotal role in shaping future fundraising success during a period of transformation and growth. As part of this exciting role, you will lead on the development and delivery of the direct marketing programme, with a particular focus on cash appeals and raffle campaigns. You will oversee campaign planning, budgeting and performance analysis, ensuring activity delivers against income targets and KPIs. Managing and developing a small team, you ll champion best practice in direct marketing, test and optimise new acquisition channels, and drive supporter retention through insight-led strategies.
