Digitalisation Project Leader Up to £50,000 Worcester Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative construction products and is looking for an Interim Digitalisation Project Leader to join their team on a 12-month contract! Digitalisation Project Leader Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery and successful implementation of digitalisation projects across the business Develop project plans, managing timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations Drive business transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, compliance and process control Identify and implement digital workflows, automation and real-time data management solutions Improve process visibility, reporting capabilities and data accuracy across the business Promote consistency and standardisation of business processes Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior leadership Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain and IT teams Manage external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard Engage stakeholders, providing guidance and encouraging adoption of new systems and processes Champion Continuous Improvement, innovation and positive business change Maintain a hands-on, site-based presence across multiple locations to understand and improve business processes Build strong working relationships with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery Undertake additional project and ..... full job details .....
