Digital Workplace Manager - Corporate Technical Operations

On behalf of National Savings andamp; Investments, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Manager - Corporate Technical Operations (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based hybrid in London. The role requires at least 2 days a week in the office attendance. NSandamp;I is one of the largest savings organisations in the UK with more than 24 million customers and over £218 billion invested. Role: To lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Corporate IT services within a large-scale, regulated environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a modern digital workplace supporting internal users and a wider transformation programme. You will oversee supplier performance, manage a small support team, drive service improvements and play a key role in the transition from Legacy suppliers to modern corporate IT services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace experience who can combine technical oversight with excellent stakeholder management and service leadership.
