This is an excellent opportunity to own and deliver a Group-wide digital workplace strategy, driving collaboration and innovation across the business.You will play a key role in designing and implementing an AI-enabled digital workplace on Microsoft 365, building a scalable Intranet and collaboration platform across multiple companies and tenants.This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the Group digital workplace strategy, enhancing how employees collaborate, communicate, and access information.Design and implement a Group-wide Intranet platform across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.Establish the Intranet as a central hub for communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance the employee digital experience.Lead the design and development of a modern Intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience delivering enterprise Intranet or digital workplace platforms.Experience implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.Strong understanding of governance, information architecture, and platform standards.Experience leading ..... full job details .....
