Digital Transformation Manager, Operations Modernisation (Reform of Qualifications) Temporary £48k-£59k CCEA places itself at the heart of the Northern Ireland community, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment. The post will support the Qualifications Directorate in delivering modernisation projects that enhance examinations and assessments to support TransformED; the strategic programme for modernising curriculum, assessment and operational systems through improved digital capability and streamlined processes led by the Department of Education. The role will scope, plan and manage significant change projects, oversee third party suppliers, prepare business cases, monitor budgets and ensure high quality, timely delivery. The post holder will lead the Operations Modernisations team while working cross functionally across Qualifications, Curriculum, Examination Administration and Finance procurement. The role may also contribute to curriculum assessment from Foundation Stage to Key Stage 3. This post is offered on a fixed term contract basis until 31 March 2029.
