Base pay rangeSurrey (Hybrid) - up to £150,000 + Benefits (Fixed Term Contract).

The OpportunityYou''ll be joining one of the UKs most recognisable automotive retailers, this is your the chance to shape and a digital transformation journey, taking ownership of business-critical platforms and integrations at the heart of the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership, Group IT, and trusted technology partners, becoming the authority on systems, integrations, and digital platforms. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the digital transformation strategy, translating it into a clear, achievable roadmap.

Oversee multiple digital initiatives simultaneously, identifying interdependencies and ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality.

Act as the subject matter expert on systems architecture, covering reservation platforms, CRM, documentation, and integrations.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, integration partners, and Group IT to secure delivery excellence.

Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.

Lay the foundations for a small team as the transformation matures, while remaining fully engaged in hands-on delivery.

Your Profile

A proven track record of leading digital transformation programmes, from strategy through to execution.

Deep technical expertise across API design, integration layers, and data flow management.

Hands-on experience with booking systems, CRM platforms, and ideally website replatforming.

The ability to document technical landscapes and translate complexity into accessible language for non-technical colleagues.
