What you ll be doing This isn t a pure strategy role. And it s not buried in delivery either. You ll be: Leading change across digital and AI-led transformation initiatives Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and roll out change programmes Coaching business leads through transformation helping them actually adopt new ways of working Supporting and guiding more junior team members within the transformation function Driving initiatives aimed at improving efficiency (including areas like recruitment and internal processes) Acting as the bridge between technology, operations and the wider business Some of it will be structured.
