Digital Transformation Consultant (AI)

We''re looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant who enjoys getting to the heart of business problems, challenging the status quo and turning ideas into impactful AI solutions.This is far more than a traditional BA role. You''ll be the bridge between people and technology, leading conversations with stakeholders, uncovering opportunities for AI, and helping shape innovative products from concept through to launch.You''ll spend less time buried in process documents and more time working with people, influencing decisions and driving meaningful change across an international consultancy.What you''ll be doingLeading discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunitiesWorking with stakeholders to shape ideas into valuable AI productsCreating user stories, defining MVPs and prioritising business requirementsPartnering with Solution Architects and technical teams throughout deliveryActing as the voice of the customer during design and developmentOwning User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout and user adoptionBuilding trusted relationships across the business to identify future AI initiativesWhat we''re looking forWe''re interested in people who are naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy solving problems.You''ll ideally have experience in:Business Analysis, Product Management or Digital TransformationRunning workshops and gathering complex business requirementsWriting user stories and defining product backlogsManaging stakeholders at all ..... full job details .....
